This website is run by Lili Whittington, Broker Associate with Soundings LLC, doing business as The Lili Whittington Group. When you fill out a form on this site, such as the contact form or a request for a free guide, we collect what you type in: your first and last name, email address, phone number if you choose to give it, any message you write, and the answers to any extra questions that form asks.

If you give a phone number and agree to receive text messages, we also record that you agreed, the exact consent wording you saw, and the date and time.

We don't collect anything else about you automatically, apart from the standard technical logs any website server keeps, such as the time of a visit and the browser used.

We use your information to answer your question and to help you buy or sell a home. If you contact us or request a guide, we may also send you new listings and market updates by email or, if you agreed, by text. You can stop these at any time (see Your Choices below).

We keep your contact information in our CRM until you ask us to delete it.

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and stop texts by replying STOP. To make a request, use the contact details below, and we'll respond promptly.
